This is your history. Preserve it.
Nicollet County has been a gateway and a gathering place for over 9,000 years. It is the place where the big woods, tallgrass prairie, and Minnesota River come together. Today people from all over the world – from students to recent immigrants to urbanites continue to gather here and call Nicollet County home. We collect and share their stories because what happens here matters.
Consistent and unrestricted annual support from donors like you provide essential support for our special exhibits, collections care, programs, and other initiatives that make the Nicollet County Historical Society a vital part of our communities.
