Saint Peter, MN (August 20, 2024) – The week of August 26, the Treaty Site History Center will undergo essential repairs on the heating and cooling system’s rooftop unit (RTU). The museum will remain open during this period, so we want to inform you of a few temporary changes.

• Noise: Visitors may experience some noise related to the repair work. We will do our best to minimize disruption.
• Parking: A portion of our parking lot will be unavailable to accommodate the repair crew. Please park safely away from that area. 
• Comfort: With our heating and cooling system temporarily offline, the indoor temperature will fluctuate. 

As a thank you for your understanding during this essential work, we are offering discounted admission for the week: $4 for adults (regularly $7) and $3 for senior citizens (regularly $6).

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we complete this necessary work on our building.
